Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Martijn Meerdink made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 3rdth minute of the game Martijn Meerdink who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zonderwijk's Joep Matthijs was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Zonderwijk's zone, Florian Cruijff stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joep Matthijs came out of the goal and Florian Cruijff tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Erben Poelman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gregor Luirink hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 18thth minute of the game Dries Douwes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kwakel's Gerwin Hilkes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dries Douwes in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gerwin Hilkes saved Kwakel from getting behind. With a little luck, Zonderwijk's Joep Matthijs got control of the ball when Florian Cruijff tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Martijn Meerdink managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kwakel's supporters rose to their feet, but Martijn Meerdink was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joep Matthijs breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 26 minutes into the game, Florian Cruijff cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Joep Matthijs was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 31st match minute, Kwakel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilbert Borg to maneuver through the defense. 46 minutes into the match, Zonderwijk's goal looked a bit too open when Martijn Meerdink came free, but Joep Matthijs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gertjan Schattenberg was the one to do the kick off. Gerwin Hilkes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gertjan Schattenberg in the 56th minute of play. In the 61st match minute, Zonderwijk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hub Derksen to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Kwakel booed when Zonderwijk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregor Luirink didn't get a good kick on the ball. Florian Cruijff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joep Matthijs having to interfere. 71 minutes into the game, Kwakel's Martijn Meerdink nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joep Matthijs made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. A collision led to Zonderwijk getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Hub Derksen hit a great ball. 75 minutes into the game, Jan-Peter Koekkoek was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kwakel's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zonderwijk the free kick. After 75 played minutes Kwakel got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Peter Koekkoek. Martijn Meerdink took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joep Matthijs. Joep Matthijs dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Zonderwijk's Joep Matthijs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florian Cruijff in the 81st minute of play. A collision led to Zonderwijk getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Hub Derksen hit a great ball. Joep Matthijs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martijn Meerdink in the 87th minute of the match. When Hub Derksen fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zonderwijk's protests and gave Hub Derksen a yellow card for diving instead. Hub Derksen hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. The attack was good, but when Martijn Meerdink in the 89th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Hub Derksen got his second yellow card in the match during the 92nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Hub Derksen hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Zonderwijk's zone, Martijn Meerdink stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joep Matthijs came out of the goal and Martijn Meerdink tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
