Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Falco Hoogenkamp kicked off to start the match. Geale van Steensel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Falco Hoogenkamp in the 5th minute of the match. Ronny Kloppenburg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thijs Holsmuller, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 10th minute, Thijs Holsmuller made a precise shot to the right of Ronny Kloppenburg. Kruisberg's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 14 minutes into the match, Falco Hoogenkamp dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Geale van Steensel, 1-1. 18 minutes into the match, Roekoe's goal looked a bit too open when Falco Hoogenkamp came free, but Geale van Steensel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kurt Kuypers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronny Kloppenburg having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thijs Holsmuller in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ronny Kloppenburg saved Kruisberg from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Roekoe's zone, Falco Broerse stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Geale van Steensel came out of the goal and Falco Broerse tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Roekoe getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Sebastiaan Mülder hit a great ball. The long shot by Thomas Staarman in the 28th minute really tested Geale van Steensel's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Thijs Holsmuller hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Falco Hoogenkamp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Geale van Steensel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pascall Ijkwezen went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Steven Landzaat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronny Kloppenburg having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Thijs Holsmuller made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Falco Broerse in the 51st minute of play forced Roekoe's goalkeeper Geale van Steensel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 52 minutes into the match, Kruisberg's goal looked a bit too open when Steven Landzaat came free, but Ronny Kloppenburg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thijs Holsmuller fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronny Kloppenburg having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pascall Ijkwezen in the 62nd minute of play forced Roekoe's goalkeeper Geale van Steensel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Falco Hoogenkamp hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. A collision led to Kruisberg getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Falco Broerse hit a great ball. Kurt Kuypers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronny Kloppenburg having to interfere. The supporters of Kruisberg booed when Roekoe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Foeke Pool didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 73 minutes, Falco Hoogenkamp managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kruisberg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Falco Hoogenkamp was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roekoe's Geale van Steensel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pascall Ijkwezen in the 77th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Roekoe's Karsten Mosselveld slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ronny Kloppenburg. That made the score 2-2 after 78 minutes of play. Ronny Kloppenburg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kurt Kuypers, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Pascall Ijkwezen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Geale van Steensel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pascall Ijkwezen in the 90th minute of play forced Roekoe's goalkeeper Geale van Steensel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roekoe played a much better game than Kruisberg and deserved their victory. The Kruisberg players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
