Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Mario Westerhof started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. A collision led to Gemelli FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Vincent Spaan hit a great ball. Jurre Hoogendorp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Eddy Schokkenbroek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zoeterwoude's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Mario Westerhof scored to the left of an out of position Erben Bekker, making the score, 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rick Okkes during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 24th minute, Rick Okkes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cees Winter in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eddy Schokkenbroek saved Gemelli FC from getting behind. Youri Zwaanswijks short, quick shot in the 28thth minute got Erben Bekker to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Erben Bekker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mario Westerhof, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Mario Westerhof's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erben Bekker read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. 36 minutes into the game, Jurgen Sloothaak was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zoeterwoude's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gemelli FC the free kick. Jurgen Sloothaak kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Eddy Schokkenbroek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cees Winter, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Zoeterwoude's Jurgen Sloothaak got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gemelli FC's Eddy Schokkenbroek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jurre Hoogendorp in the 45th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Cees Winter made the kick off in the second half. Erben Bekker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Westerhof in the 54th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Jurre Hoogendorp managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zoeterwoude's supporters rose to their feet, but Jurre Hoogendorp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eddy Schokkenbroek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eddy Schokkenbroek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cees Winter in the 63rd minute of the match. If Jurre Hoogendorp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erben Bekker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Westerhof in the 67th minute of the match. Mario Westerhof struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Erben Bekker didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gemelli FC. After 69 minutes, Marco Willemse mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zoeterwoude and the Gemelli FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Marco Willemse kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 77th minute Zoeterwoude were awarded a corner. Benjamin Kruiswijk went to the cornerflag to take it. Erben Bekker came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Gemelli FC's Youri Zwaanswijk. But to his dismay, Youri Zwaanswijk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Cees Winter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jurre Hoogendorp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Eddy Schokkenbroek made a huge save. Jurre Hoogendorp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eddy Schokkenbroek having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Gemelli FC had won after a very even match.
