Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) FC Saleen's Mathieu Trenning started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute Folkert Engelaar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bart Post saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mirko Oevermans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harry Mik having to interfere. Bart Post took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Folkert Engelaar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to FC Saleen getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Gilbert Derks hit a great ball. FC Saleen's Bart Post played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Folkert Engelaar in the 15th minute of play. Bart Post took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldinho Netto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giovanni Wolf in the 24th minute of play forced FC Saleen's goalkeeper Bart Post to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Mathieu Trenning had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marcus Luijpers in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Harry Mik, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 30 minutes into the match, Leiden Spor Kulubu's goal looked a bit too open when Mathieu Trenning came free, but Harry Mik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, FC Saleen's goal looked a bit too open when Giovanni Wolf came free, but Bart Post reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bart Post showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldinho Netto, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Harry Mik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Luijpers in the 37th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, FC Saleen's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldinho Netto came free, but Bart Post reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, FC Saleen's goal looked a bit too open when Wang Zhi Jun came free, but Bart Post reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bart Post made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Wang Zhi Jun sent off a good shot on target. In the 56th minute, Mirko Oevermans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Saleen's Bart Post played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus van Dongen in the 58th minute of play. After 58 played minutes FC Saleen got a freekick which was hit by Folker Heesen. 65 minutes into the match, FC Saleen's goal looked a bit too open when Folkert Engelaar came free, but Bart Post reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Mathieu Trenning fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Saleen's protests and gave Mathieu Trenning a yellow card for diving instead. In the 68th minute, Mathieu Trenning hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Leiden Spor Kulubu booed when FC Saleen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mathieu Trenning didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, FC Saleen's Bart Post got control of the ball when Emiel Pinksteren tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bart Post took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Folkert Engelaar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 86 minutes of play, Leiden Spor Kulubu's Emiel Pinksteren made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bart Post was left in no man's land by his defense there! Leiden Spor Kulubu's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Billy Châtelet in the 92nd minute. A well done corner resulted in Emiel Pinksteren drilling the ball in to score 0-2 behind FC Saleen's goalkeeper. Emiel Pinksteren's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Bart Post firmly grabbed it by the left post. FC Saleen's Bart Post proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save FC Saleen from getting a goal against them. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Leiden Spor Kulubu had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
