Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Kyle Thake started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Neville Bajada stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edward Ellis's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Calderon Stars's Neville Bajada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Ellis in the 6th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Calderon Stars's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Ellis came free, but Neville Bajada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Calderon Stars's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Testaferrata Viani came free, but Neville Bajada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Calderon Stars's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Ellis came free, but Neville Bajada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute Edward Ellis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Neville Bajada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Neville Bajada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godwin Montesin in the 23rd minute of play. Mats Sangolt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tommy Salerno, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kenneth Mugliett in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mats Sangolt saved Floriana Celtics from getting behind. In the 35th minute, Bernard Vella hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Neville Bajada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Godwin Montesin, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Neville Bajada came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Floriana Celtics's Godwin Montesin. But to his dismay, Godwin Montesin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 41st minute, Edward Ellis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Neville Bajada was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Calderon Stars's Neville Bajada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Testaferrata Viani in the 45th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kenneth Mugliett stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Edward Ellis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 54 minutes in the game, Giorgio Caruana fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Neville Bajada having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Cumhur Onsal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Floriana Celtics made a substitution. Matt Sciortino replaced Godwin Montesin. Cumhur Onsal hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Kyle Thake sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Neville Bajada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kyle Thake in the 67th minute of the match. Neville Bajada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kyle Thake, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Neville Bajada came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Floriana Celtics's Kyle Thake. But to his dismay, Kyle Thake quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. When Miguel Piscopo came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Floriana Celtics fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Piscopo couldn't finish the play. In the 80th minute, Miguel Piscopo made a precise shot to the right of Neville Bajada. Calderon Stars's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. In the 86th minute, Antonio Montesin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicholas Laus hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Calderon Stars's Joseph Montanaro got a free kick in the 92nd minute. The Calderon Stars fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Floriana Celtics were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
