Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Trevor Bourne kicked off to start the match. Garry Attenborough received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Ty Wild tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ian Mulford might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Harvey Morcom. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ian Mulford ran back to his position shaking his head. Ian Mulford fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harvey Morcom having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Curtis Flynn got free with Ty Wild in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Waltham FC booed when Walthamstow was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Neil Brazier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ty Wild showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Garry Attenborough, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Trevor Bourne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Keanu Illingworth's late challenge caught a Walthamstow's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Keanu Illingworth helped the player get up and apologised. In the 37th match minute, Waltham FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Keanu Illingworth to maneuver through the defense. Ian Mulford received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Harvey Morcom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Walthamstow's Ty Wild played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Garry Attenborough in the 53rd minute of play. Ty Wild didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Curtis Flynn went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Ian Mulfords short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Harvey Morcom to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Lloyd Pitts hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Trevor Bourne in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Harvey Morcom prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 68 minutes into the game, Waltham FC's Curtis Flynn nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ty Wild made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Curtis Flynn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 73rd minute, Garry Attenborough hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Garry Attenborough scored 3-0 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ty Wild, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Waltham FC's Curtis Flynn got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Keanu Illingworth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 86 minutes, Vinnie Horseman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Walthamstow and the Waltham FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 86th match minute, Walthamstow was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinnie Horseman to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Garry Attenborough in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ty Wild prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 94 minutes into the match, Walthamstow's goal looked a bit too open when Curtis Flynn came free, but Ty Wild reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Garry Attenborough received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Ty Wild tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Walthamstow players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Waltham FC.
