Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) After 3 played minutes Varedo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Concetto Sampo. After 15 played minutes Frittole got a freekick which was hit by Arrigo Salerno. The crowd rose to their feet as Anselmo Colucci kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fortunato Nicolo. That made the score 1-0 in the 22 minute of play. If Gelu Udubaşa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mircea Ştef blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edoardo Giannantonio having to make a save. After 29 minutes, Carlo Eboli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Frittole and the Varedo AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 28th minute, one of Frittole:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Frittole. The audience was convinced that Mircea Ştef's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edoardo Giannantonio was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Eugenio Furia hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Frittole defense, Mircea Ştef kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edoardo Giannantonio. The Frittole fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edoardo Giannantonio should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arrigo Salerno got free with Fortunato Nicolo in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mircea Ştef to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arrigo Salerno during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fortunato Nicolo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Colucci in the 61st minute of the match. With a little luck, Frittole's Edoardo Giannantonio got control of the ball when Mircea Ştef tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Mircea Ştef managed to get in a good position for a shot. Varedo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mircea Ştef was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edoardo Giannantonio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Frittole getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Arrigo Salerno hit a great ball. 1-5 became the score in the 76th minute when Mircea Ştef elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Fortunato Nicolo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Taccone, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 84th minute of the match, Toomas Ime got a very nice opportunity to score, but Edoardo Giannantonio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Concetto Sampo hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arrigo Salerno in the 94th minute of play forced Varedo AFC's goalkeeper Fortunato Nicolo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Varedo AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
