Armando Quattrocchi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bruno Vierchowod read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. After the first half Atletico SCIOLTEZZA were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Achille Giammarino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Sorrentino in the 69th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fortunato Riccardi got free with Bruno Vierchowod in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 86 minutes into the match, Black Devils's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Quattrocchi came free, but Bruno Vierchowod reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armando Quattrocchi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bruno Vierchowod read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. With his leg Bruno Vierchowod managed to avoid a goal in the 94thth minute, when Atletico SCIOLTEZZA's Fortunato Riccardi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
