Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Arrigo Di Massa got the match started through his kick off. Antonio Facchetti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Eugenio Lozzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 13 minutes into the match, Marhans's Corrado Palone sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alessio Piccinini narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Marhans's Corrado Palone got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 21 minutes into the match, Marhans's goalkeeper Eugenio Lozzi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antonio Facchetti. Antonio Facchetti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Eugenio Lozzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the game, Flavio Monticelli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Marhans's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pratolino AFC the free kick. Cesare Perazzolo kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Pratolino AFC's Alessio Piccinini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Monticelli in the 34th minute of play. If Attilio Lupi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Corrado Palone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marhans's Attilio Lupi quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Carmine Talone, made in the 43rd minute of the game. Flavio Monticelli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Corrado Palone in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alessio Piccinini prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Corrado Palone made a kick off. Antonio Facchetti blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eugenio Lozzi having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Pratolino AFC's zone, Daniele Scirea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alessio Piccinini came out of the goal and Daniele Scirea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alessio Piccinini stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Corrado Palone's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. In the 62nd minute, Pratolino AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Flavio Monticelli fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Corrado Palone recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 79 minutes into the game, Pratolino AFC's Antonio Facchetti nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eugenio Lozzi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Marhans's Eugenio Lozzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Facchetti in the 86th minute of play. Flavio Monticelli might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alessio Piccinini. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Flavio Monticelli ran back to his position shaking his head. Many of Marhans's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Marhans may have spent more time on the ball, but Pratolino AFC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
