Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Armin Marchetti's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ferdinando Di Liddo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. Armin Marchetti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Ferdinando Di Liddo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Armin Marchetti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to FC MOTTOLA getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Ferruccio Andreola hit a great ball. The long shot by Anselmo Curti in the 17th minute really tested Ferdinando Di Liddo's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Ferdinando Di Liddo was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Armin Marchetti capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Armin Marchetti really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 23 minutes into the match, FC MOTTOLA's Amos Paoletti broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Armin Di Cristofaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 34th match minute, FC MOTTOLA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anthony Iannucci to maneuver through the defense. If Frank Fino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ferdinando Di Liddo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filippo Antognoni in the 42nd minute of play. If Armin Marchetti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 44 minutes into the match, closing account's Concetto Costantini sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ferdinando Di Liddo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ercole Mazzocchetti stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes of play, closing account's Concetto Costantini made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ferdinando Di Liddo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ferruccio Andreola kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 59th minute, Concetto Costantini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Davide Di Martino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Armin Di Cristofaro in the 62nd minute. In the 65th minute FC MOTTOLA were awarded a corner. Amos Paoletti went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Ermanno Albani managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Ercole Mazzocchetti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Davide Di Martino having to interfere. With a little luck, closing account's Davide Di Martino got control of the ball when Armin Di Cristofaro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Armin Di Cristofaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ercole Mazzocchetti kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. When Armin Marchetti came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the closing account fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Armin Marchetti couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. closing account had won after a very even match.
