Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the game, Alvaro Manna cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Concetto Castrucci was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 9 minutes into the match, Secondigliano's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Del Pizzo came free, but Enrico Palma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Augusto Del Pizzo struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Enrico Palma didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mantelle. In the 16th minute, Fedele Castellani sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Secondigliano's Enrico Palma didn't even have to move. After 17 played minutes Secondigliano got a freekick which was hit by Edmondo Vinci. Enrico Palma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrico Flammini in the 20th minute of play. Secondigliano's Enrico Palma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrico Flammini in the 21st minute of play. Augusto Del Pizzo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Reggianini in the 30th minute of play forced Secondigliano's goalkeeper Enrico Palma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Secondigliano's Enrico Palma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Del Pizzo in the 31st minute of play. When Mantelle's Augusto Del Pizzo in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Secondigliano's goalie prevented a goal. 38 minutes into the game, Mantelle's Enrico Flammini nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Enrico Palma made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Concetto Castrucci was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Dave Di Federico. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Biagio Pensa to make the kick off. Concetto Castrucci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Biagio Pensa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute of the match Amedeo Albanesi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Concetto Castrucci showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Secondigliano's Enrico Palma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Del Pizzo in the 64th minute of play. When Edmondo Vinci fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Secondigliano's protests and gave Edmondo Vinci a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Mantelle booed when Secondigliano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmondo Vinci didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Secondigliano's Ciccio Valletta got a free kick in the 71st minute. Fedele Castellani was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 72nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 75 played minutes, Mantelle's Fedele Castellani shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Enrico Palma came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mantelle reached it. The supporters of Mantelle booed when Secondigliano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Pantalone didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Secondigliano's zone, Augusto Del Pizzo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enrico Palma came out of the goal and Augusto Del Pizzo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Mantelle defense, Alvaro Manna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Concetto Castrucci. The Mantelle fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Concetto Castrucci should have stopped the shot. Secondigliano's Enrico Palma proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Secondigliano from getting a goal against them. Amedeo Albanesi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 85th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Concetto Castrucci. Mantelle's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Augusto Del Pizzo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrico Palma having to interfere. Concetto Castrucci came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Secondigliano's Alvaro Manna. But to his dismay, Alvaro Manna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. The Secondigliano players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
