Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Augusto Del Monaco got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Del Monaco in the 3rd minute of play forced OlandeseVolante's goalkeeper Biagio Bertolini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Concetto Formaggio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Davide Giusto in the 6th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Davide Giusto managed to get in a good position for a shot. OlandeseVolante's supporters rose to their feet, but Davide Giusto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Concetto Formaggio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. OlandeseVolante's defense didn't have a chance, in the 18th minute, when Augusto Del Monaco scored to the left of an out of position Biagio Bertolini, making the score, 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in OlandeseVolante's zone, Anfilogino Castagna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Biagio Bertolini came out of the goal and Anfilogino Castagna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Biagio Bertolini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Del Monaco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Biagio Bertolini didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabio Vierchowod went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 33rd minute Eugenio Di Nunzio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Concetto Formaggio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Biagio Bertolini made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabio Vierchowod in the 38th minute. After some careless play in the OlandeseVolante defense, Fabio Vierchowod kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Biagio Bertolini. The OlandeseVolante fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Biagio Bertolini should have stopped the shot. Augusto Del Monaco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. In the 55th minute, Augusto Del Monaco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Biagio Bertolini was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. 59 minutes into the match, Marengo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Davide Giusto came free, but Concetto Formaggio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eugenio Di Nunzio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Concetto Formaggio made a huge save. 92 minutes into the game, Eugenio Di Nunzio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Concetto Formaggio. Eugenio Di Nunzio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-2. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Marengo AFC had won after a very even match.
