Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fabiano Banana kicked off to start the match. If Alvise Contaldi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 9th minute, Anfilogino Muto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Cristoforo Piccirilli fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SIMPSON FC's protests and gave Cristoforo Piccirilli a yellow card for diving instead. In the 11th match minute, SIMPSON FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristoforo Piccirilli to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute Fabiano Banana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damiano Cellucci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anthony De Tommasi hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Amedeo Granato kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After 21 played minutes SIMPSON FC got a freekick which was hit by Fabiano Banana. If Alvise Contaldi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 31 minutes into the match, Alvise Contaldi notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Vezzano Ligure's Damiano Cellucci. Damiano Cellucci was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Damiano Cellucci made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alvise Contaldi in the 41st minute. In the 44th minute Elia Petrucci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Colelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alvise Contaldi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elia Petrucci to make the kick off. Damiano Cellucci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabiano Banana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Alvise Contaldi came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the SIMPSON FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvise Contaldi couldn't finish the play. Fabiano Banana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damiano Cellucci having to interfere. Elia Petrucci recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Fabiano Banana put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Damiano Cellucci. Damiano Cellucci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabiano Banana in the 76th minute of the match. In the 77th minute Elia Petrucci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Colelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elia Petrucci in the 79th minute of play forced SIMPSON FC's goalkeeper Christian Colelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christian Colelli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elia Petrucci went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. 86 minutes into the match, Alvise Contaldi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Damiano Cellucci. Vezzano Ligure's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alvise Contaldi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. After a rather tough play, SIMPSON FC's Alvise Contaldi got a free kick in the 90th minute. Armin Rossini kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. There was no doubt that SIMPSON FC were the better team. SIMPSON FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
