Amos Gualtieri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Camillo Cirulli in the 3rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camillo Cirulli in the 4th minute of play forced Aranova's goalkeeper Amos Gualtieri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Camillo Cirulli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amos Cesarini in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alberigo Di Cintio saved Grezzana from getting behind. Alberigo Di Cintio made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Fedele Briganti sent off a good shot on target. In the 13th minute of the match Enrico Zisser shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Amos Gualtieri showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Enzo Papa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Grezzana's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Amos Cesarini 21 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Camillo Cirulli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Amos Gualtieri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alberigo Di Cintio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amos Cesarini in the 33rd minute of the match. Amos Cesarini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute, Fulvio Magliocco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antonio Carlini was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 42nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Diego Carulli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Camillo Cirulli was the one to do the kick off. Fedele Briganti blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alberigo Di Cintio having to make a save. If Camillo Cirulli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alberigo Di Cintio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fedele Briganti in the 58th minute of the match. If Fedele Briganti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 64 played minutes Grezzana got a freekick which was hit by Armin Campoli. In the 66th minute, Enzo Papa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Grezzana fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After 73 minutes of play, Aranova's Amos Cesarini made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alberigo Di Cintio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Amos Cesarini's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alberigo Di Cintio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Aranova's Amos Cesarini got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Damiano Porcu during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fedele Briganti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberigo Di Cintio having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Grezzana's zone, Fedele Briganti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alberigo Di Cintio came out of the goal and Fedele Briganti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Grezzana players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Aranova from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
