Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Anfilogino Macchione started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute Anfilogino Macchione shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arrigo Egidi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 7 minutes, Biagio Rossetti mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Geo and the Lungafame FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Lungafame FC booed when Geo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Biagio Rossetti didn't get a good kick on the ball. Augusto Maggi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Arrigo Egidi made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Anfilogino Macchione managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lungafame FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Anfilogino Macchione was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arrigo Egidi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Florian Lusi hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 15 minutes into the match, Geo's Ernesto Iacovone broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The supporters of Geo booed when Lungafame FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florian Lusi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ernesto Iacovone was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 27th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Padula in the 28th minute of play forced Lungafame FC's goalkeeper Florian Di Tommaso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ernesto Padula received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Florian Di Tommaso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ercole Terenzi during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 37 played minutes Geo got a freekick which was hit by Ercole Terenzi. After recieving a nice pass, Lungafame FC's Fulvio Pugliese tried to score from far away in the 38th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Augusto Maggi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Arrigo Egidi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anfilogino Macchione, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Fortunato Serafini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florian Di Tommaso having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ernesto Padula stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Geo's Arrigo Egidi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anfilogino Macchione in the 53rd minute of play. After 58 minutes of play Geo's Ercole Terenzi was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 58th minute, Ercole Terenzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arrigo Egidi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Attilio Ferraresi, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After 64 played minutes Lungafame FC got a freekick which was hit by Florian Lusi. When Ernesto Padula fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Geo's protests and gave Ernesto Padula a yellow card for diving instead. Ernesto Padula hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute Anfilogino Macchione shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arrigo Egidi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emiliano Spada kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. When Emiliano Spada fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Geo's protests and gave Emiliano Spada a yellow card for diving instead. Arrigo Egidi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augusto Maggi, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 92nd minute of the match Fulvio Pugliese shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arrigo Egidi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Anfilogino Macchione struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Arrigo Egidi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lungafame FC. Arrigo Egidi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anfilogino Macchione, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 97 minutes into the game, Emilio Napoleone was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Geo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lungafame FC the free kick. The Geo players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
