Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Domenico Grimaldi in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fedele Giocondo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 8th minute, Enzo Porta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ennio Formica didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Amerigo Anelli went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 17 minutes into the game, Enzo Patrizi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Беневенто's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SCARSI MA MERCENARI the free kick. A collision led to Беневенто getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Enzo Patrizi hit a great ball. Fedele Giocondo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domenico Grimaldi in the 19th minute of the match. Fedele Giocondo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donato Polo in the 22nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Беневенто's Achille Varglien got a free kick in the 27th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amerigo Anelli to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Achille Varglien hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aurelio Amatori received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Fedele Giocondo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Domenico Grimaldi in the 57th managed to get into a good position.
