Armin Di Natale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Cusumano having to interfere. Diego Salerno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabio Cusumano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armin Di Natale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Alvise Iacomini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pianodardine AFC's Armin Di Natale got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 26th minute, Alessandro Di Lello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anfilogino Catini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ettore Chiappini having to interfere. With a little luck, Pianodardine AFC's Ettore Chiappini got control of the ball when Anfilogino Catini tried to sneak it across the goal line. Passirana AFC's Fabio Cusumano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armin Di Natale in the 33rd minute of play. Alvise Iacomini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Fabio Cusumano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Passirana AFC's Anfilogino Catini got a free kick in the 37th minute. Fabio Cusumano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alessandro Di Lello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cesare Di Prinzio hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Alvise Iacomini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Fabio Cusumano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Diego Salerno was the one to do the kick off. Fabio Cusumano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvise Iacomini, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Pianodardine AFC's Alvise Iacomini slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fabio Cusumano. That made the score 0-1 after 61 minutes of play. Diego Salerno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Diego Salerno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ettore Chiappini having to interfere. Anfilogino Catini struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Ettore Chiappini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Passirana AFC. If Diego Salerno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armin Di Natale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pianodardine AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
