Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jon Nyhus started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Lissone getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Antonello Milani hit a great ball. 5 minutes into the game, Fortunato Macchione was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pitone FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lissone the free kick. After 5 played minutes Pitone FC got a freekick which was hit by Fortunato Macchione. Arrigo Crisantemo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fortunato Castagna in the 8th minute of the match. Arrigo Crisantemo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fortunato Castagna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arrigo Crisantemo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augusto Sforza, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 15th minute Pitone FC were awarded a corner. Augusto Sforza went to the cornerflag to take it. Pitone FC's Adriano Ronconi was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Arrigo Crisantemo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Arrigo Crisantemo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fortunato Castagna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute, Fortunato Castagna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arrigo Crisantemo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The Pitone FC fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when Pitone FC's Fortunato Castagna looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Simão Cardoso during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Lissone booed when Pitone FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simão Cardoso didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Fortunato Castagna came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Pitone FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fortunato Castagna couldn't finish the play. 48 minutes into the match, Lissone's goal looked a bit too open when Fortunato Castagna came free, but Arrigo Crisantemo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

In the 52nd minute Jon Nyhus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Renzo De Smedt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lissone's Arrigo Crisantemo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Sforza in the 53rd minute of play. Arrigo Crisantemo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fortunato Castagna in the 55th minute. In the 58th minute, Damiano Anastasi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lissone's goalkeeper Arrigo Crisantemo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lissone's Arrigo Crisantemo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fortunato Castagna in the 74th minute of play. Fortunato Macchione hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Augusto Sforza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arrigo Crisantemo having to interfere.
