CC Corninthias's Brett Hanson suffered a concussion in the 4th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. 4 minutes into the game, Ciccio Pietropaolo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. U. S. Lecce 1908's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CC Corninthias the free kick. After a rather tough play, U. S. Lecce 1908's Ciccio Pietropaolo got a free kick in the 6th minute. 7 minutes into the game, Enrico Porcu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. 秦朗烨 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. U. S. Lecce 1908's 秦朗烨 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save U. S. Lecce 1908 from getting a goal against them. Enrico Porcu in the 13thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of 秦朗烨, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of U. S. Lecce 1908 booed when CC Corninthias was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alvise Florio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 22 minutes of play, U. S. Lecce 1908's Ciccio Pietropaolo made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alessandro Proietto was left in no man's land by his defense there! 27 minutes into the match, U. S. Lecce 1908's goalkeeper 秦朗烨 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enrico Porcu. In the 32nd minute, CC Corninthias's Enrico Porcu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. 秦朗烨 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Biagio Abete in the 37th minute of play. Enrico Porcu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but 秦朗烨 made a huge save. Biagio Abete sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 秦朗烨 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 郑奕然 in the 46th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ferruccio Moretta made a kick off. In the 55th minute Enrico Porcu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 秦朗烨 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 4-1 became the score in the 57th minute when Comunardo Pantalone elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 秦朗烨 didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Biagio Abete went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. Beppe Polmone charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Beppe Polmone the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of CC Corninthias booed when U. S. Lecce 1908 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beppe Polmone didn't get a good kick on the ball. U. S. Lecce 1908 made a substitution. Mihail Burduja replaced Fabio Rava. In the 65th match minute, U. S. Lecce 1908 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beppe Polmone to maneuver through the defense. U. S. Lecce 1908's 秦朗烨 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 郑奕然 in the 69th minute of play. CC Corninthias's Enrico Porcu got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 郑奕然 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. 秦朗烨 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, CC Corninthias's goal looked a bit too open when Eraldo Pagliuca came free, but Alessandro Proietto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Biagio Abete sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Abete in the 87th minute of play forced U. S. Lecce 1908's goalkeeper 秦朗烨 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ferruccio Moretta's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 93rdth minute, Alessandro Proietto skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 郑奕然 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. CC Corninthias's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
