After 5 minutes, Anfilogino Cirone mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venaria Reale FC and the Casale Sul Sile AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 5th match minute, Venaria Reale FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anfilogino Cirone to maneuver through the defense. Cosimo Belardi struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Ercole Zollino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Casale Sul Sile AFC. In the 12th minute, one of Casale Sul Sile AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Casale Sul Sile AFC. The referee gave Venaria Reale FC a penalty, 15 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Frank Bozzo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Casale Sul Sile AFC's Concetto Abete. 0-1. Frank Bozzo's late challenge caught a Casale Sul Sile AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Frank Bozzo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Venaria Reale FC's Frank Bozzo got a free kick in the 18th minute. Cosimo Belardi, 19 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When Eraldo Perazzolo came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Casale Sul Sile AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eraldo Perazzolo couldn't finish the play. Concetto Abete showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armin Pazienza in the 34th minute of the match. Ermanno Sciarretta really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. Although Casale Sul Sile AFC had been in control for most of the match, Venaria Reale FC still came away with the win.
