Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Diego Marinelli started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the game, Fedele Di Pietro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Amedeo Bertini was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Storm FC's zone, Fedele Di Pietro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amedeo Bertini came out of the goal and Fedele Di Pietro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Achille Tartaglia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anthony Trasatti, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Diego Marinelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Achille Tartaglia having to interfere. Diego Marinelli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Achille Tartaglia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Marinelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 32 minutes of play, Solarolo FC's Fedele Di Pietro made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amedeo Bertini was left in no man's land by his defense there! Achille Tartaglia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Marinelli in the 36th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Anthony Trasatti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Storm FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Anthony Trasatti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Achille Tartaglia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 45 minutes, Comunardo Mameli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Solarolo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Comunardo Mameli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Comunardo Mameli made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Marinelli in the 52nd minute of play forced Solarolo FC's goalkeeper Achille Tartaglia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Fedele Di Pietro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 69 minutes, Anthony Trasatti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Storm FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anthony Trasatti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 73rdth minute of the game Fedele Di Pietro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Storm FC's Amedeo Bertini was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Amedeo Bertini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Comunardo Mameli, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Diego Marinelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Achille Tartaglia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Achille Tartaglia didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 81st minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. In the 88th minute Diego Marinelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Achille Tartaglia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Storm FC booed when Solarolo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florian Bencivenni didn't get a good kick on the ball. Solarolo FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Storm FC for a fine match.
