Elia Furia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Frank Domenghini was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 16 minutes into the match. A collision led to Calcroci AFC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Frank Domenghini hit a great ball. 19 minutes into the game, Aurelio Minichiello cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Carlo Marcon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Novegro AFC's Aurelio Minichiello got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alfredo Capasso kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Carlo Marcon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelio Minichiello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Demetrio Pasquale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Demetrio Pasquale to strike the kick off in the second half. Carlo Marcon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Flavio Falasca in the 52nd minute. Pontus Sävström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elia Furia having to interfere. After 58 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Calcroci AFC! Carlo Marcon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arrigo Di Croce in the 66th minute of play. Novegro AFC's Elia Furia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Demetrio Pasquale in the 79th minute of play. Elia Furia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Demetrio Pasquale in the 79th minute of the match. If Demetrio Pasquale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Demetrio Pasquale in the 95th minute of play forced Novegro AFC's goalkeeper Elia Furia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 97 minutes into the match, Calcroci AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Capasso came free, but Carlo Marcon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristiano Cieri hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. In the 98th minute of the match Carlo Fortuna sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carlo Marcon skillfully saved the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Calcroci AFC had won after a very even match.
