The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Armin De Carolis in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ermanno Falasca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 12th minute, Alvaro Rosati got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Federico Del Monte kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. When Aldo Leone fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chiappino FC's protests and gave Aldo Leone a yellow card for diving instead. If Edoardo Antenucci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alvaro Rosati could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Fortunato Pelusi made a huge save. The supporters of Chiappino FC booed when Valcanneto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emiliano Berardini didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armin De Carolis in the 30th minute of play forced Chiappino FC's goalkeeper Ermanno Falasca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ermanno Falasca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armin De Carolis, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edoardo Antenucci in the 43rd minute of play forced Chiappino FC's goalkeeper Ermanno Falasca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chiappino FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damiano Riso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Chiappino FC's Ermanno Falasca got control of the ball when Edoardo Antenucci tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 73rd match minute, Chiappino FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Del Monte to maneuver through the defense. Armin De Carolis struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. When Aldo Leone was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 95 minutes had been played.
