Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Atletico Roma's Jonathan Rozarius started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Atletico Roma's Sever Ceausu got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 21st minute, Jonathan Rozarius fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Sever Ceausu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Buonanno having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Eraldo Di Camillo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Enrico Bruno. Atletico Roma's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eraldo Di Camillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 31st minute, Eraldo Di Camillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Atletico Roma's Jonathan Rozarius slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alex Buonanno. That made the score 1-1 after 34 minutes of play. Alex Buonanno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Rozarius in the 37th minute of play. After 38 played minutes Paluello got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Sabatino. Alex Buonanno made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sever Ceausu in the 42nd minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aurelio Cesaroni to strike the kick off in the second half. When Aurelio Cesaroni fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Paluello's protests and gave Aurelio Cesaroni a yellow card for diving instead. In the 51st match minute, Paluello was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurelio Cesaroni to maneuver through the defense. When Sever Ceausu came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Atletico Roma fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sever Ceausu couldn't finish the play. Alex Buonanno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Rozarius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sever Ceausu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Alex Buonanno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 61 played minutes Paluello got a freekick which was hit by Frank Falone. Sever Ceausu succeeded in the game's 85th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-1. When the match clock showed 90 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Jonathan Rozarius sped through Paluello's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alex Buonanno. Eraldo Ascenzi kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Enrico Bruno acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 98th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Amedeo Cieri. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Atletico Roma fully deserved thier win.
