In the 8th play minute Alexander Melis came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Felice Marongiu. 1-0. 11 minutes into the game, Federico Tabacco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paluello AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MESSICANA the free kick. A collision led to Paluello AFC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Federico Tabacco hit a great ball. Armando Furino took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 12th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fedele Mattei. Paluello AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 14th minute Fedele Borromeo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fedele Mattei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elia De Marchi struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Fedele Mattei didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MESSICANA. Thanks to some nice moves Alexander Melis could shoot a difficult shot in the 27th minute, which Felice Marongiu however easily saved by the left post. Elia De Marchi struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Fedele Mattei didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MESSICANA. Paluello AFC's Fedele Mattei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fedele Borromeo in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd minute of the match MESSICANA got a corner. Paluello AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Armando Furino ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on MESSICANA's corner Armando Furino fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fedele Mattei quite easily take care of the ball. Federico Tabacco hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Fedele Mattei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elia De Marchi in the 44th minute of the match. Elia De Marchi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Fabrizio Caruso fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Paluello AFC's protests and gave Fabrizio Caruso a yellow card for diving instead. In the 46th minute, Fabrizio Caruso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

If Edoardo Margoni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fedele Mattei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elia De Marchi in the 60th minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Anfilogino Ceresoli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elia De Marchi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Fedele Mattei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, Paluello AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Fedele Borromeo came free, but Fedele Mattei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute Alexander Melis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felice Marongiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Elia De Marchi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 76th minute, Elia De Marchi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 77 minutes, Fedele Borromeo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MESSICANA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fedele Borromeo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paluello AFC's Alexander Melis got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 85th minute, Fedele Borromeo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Fedele Mattei made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Elia De Marchi sent off a good shot on target. 88 minutes into the match, Paluello AFC's goalkeeper Fedele Mattei had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elia De Marchi. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anfilogino Ceresoli during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 95 played minutes Paluello AFC got a freekick which was hit by Anfilogino Ceresoli. Fedele Borromeo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fedele Mattei having to interfere.
