With a couple of smart ball manuevers Armin Schirone in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edmondo Maestri saved Pianodardine from getting behind. Domenico Liaci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 8 minutes, Alessio Di Bartolo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stezzano AFC and the Pianodardine players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Stezzano AFC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Alessio Di Bartolo hit a great ball. Fausto Mascitti, 9 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Anthony Ballerini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franco Fulgenzi in the 16th minute of play. Edmondo Maestri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domenico Liaci in the 18th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Amos Pilla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alessio Di Bartolo got his second yellow card in the match during the 21st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Alessio Di Bartolo hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. 23 minutes into the match, Franco Fulgenzi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Anthony Ballerini, 1-0. In the 28th minute, Anthony Tedeschi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Armin Schirone struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Edmondo Maestri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stezzano AFC. Armin Schirone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 32nd minute, Eugenio Preda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anthony Ballerini made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amos Pilla in the 36th minute. In the 37th minute Franco Fulgenzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anthony Ballerini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amos Pilla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Anthony Ballerini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Franco Fulgenzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 55th minute, Amos Pilla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anthony Ballerini didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Amos Pilla went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 69th minute, Franco Fulgenzi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pianodardine fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Edmondo Maestri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armin Schirone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anthony Ballerini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amos Pilla in the 75th minute of the match. In the 77th minute, Franco Fulgenzi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Amos Pilla came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Pianodardine fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amos Pilla couldn't finish the play. If Amos Pilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Pianodardine booed when Stezzano AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudio Penna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Franco Fulgenzi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anthony Ballerini read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. In the 95th minute Franco Fulgenzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anthony Ballerini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amos Pilla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Anthony Ballerini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Stezzano AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Pianodardine.
