Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) USS Enterprise's Fulvio Verdini started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. USS Enterprise's Fulvio Verdini got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 5 minutes into the match, Douglas Costa notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Villanova Di Denore's Carter Ali. Carter Ali was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Villanova Di Denore's Carter Ali got control of the ball when Douglas Costa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Douglas Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Villanova Di Denore getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Damiano Melis hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Villanova Di Denore's zone, Douglas Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carter Ali came out of the goal and Douglas Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Douglas Costa might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carter Ali. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Douglas Costa ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 22nd match minute, USS Enterprise was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesare Pavia to maneuver through the defense. Douglas Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Villanova Di Denore fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 30th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 32 minutes, USS Enterprise's Daniele Franzioni got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Carter Ali. Carter Ali showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulvio Verdini in the 35th minute of the match. The supporters of USS Enterprise booed when Villanova Di Denore was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damiano Melis didn't get a good kick on the ball. USS Enterprise's Daniele Franzioni shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 39th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Carter Ali but with some difficulty. Fulvio Verdini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ennio Sorge made a kick off. Douglas Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Carter Ali tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Douglas Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elia Formaggio kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Carter Ali took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Douglas Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carlo Salvagnin's late challenge caught a USS Enterprise's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carlo Salvagnin helped the player get up and apologised. Carlo Salvagnin kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the game, Damiano Melis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Villanova Di Denore's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave USS Enterprise the free kick. After a rather tough play, Villanova Di Denore's Damiano Melis got a free kick in the 77th minute. USS Enterprise's Daniele Franzioni couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 78th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Villanova Di Denore. Fulvio Verdini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carter Ali having to interfere. Elia Formaggio struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Gigio Donnarumma didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Villanova Di Denore. USS Enterprise walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
