Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Demetrio Ciapponi made the kick off which started today's match. Davide Cipolla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberto Allemandi having to interfere. Alberto Allemandi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Demetrio Ciapponi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute of the match Davide Mariano shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ercole Di Falco showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Alberto Allemandi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Davide Cipolla in the 16th minute. Davide Cipolla was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 17th minute. Mandolossa's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Francesco Taccone during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 24 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Mandolossa! In the 25th minute, Bianco Galliani left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sopramonte AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 31st minute Ciro Molinaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ercole Di Falco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Ciro Molinaro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ercole Di Falco. Mandolossa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ciro Molinaro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Mandolossa's players were relieved. 58 minutes into the game, Flavio Ferri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mandolossa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sopramonte AFC the free kick. Flavio Ferri hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Sopramonte AFC's Amos Manzoli got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mandolossa's Ercole Di Falco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Mandolossa from getting a goal against them. Davide Cipolla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Alberto Allemandi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ercole Di Falco was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Ciro Molinaro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ciro Molinaro really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Amos Manzoli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Davide Cipolla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Alberto Allemandi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Mandolossa's zone, Amos Manzoli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ercole Di Falco came out of the goal and Amos Manzoli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Davide Cipolla in the 96th minute of play forced Sopramonte AFC's goalkeeper Alberto Allemandi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Sopramonte AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sopramonte AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
