Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alfonso De Laurentiis kicked off to start the match. Adriano Di Mario hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Attilio Pellegrini put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Andrea Bassi. Attilio Pellegrini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrea Bassi having to interfere. Andrea Bassi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domenico Casiraghi in the 14th minute of the match. After having played for 16 minutes, Domenico Casiraghi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Buonviaggio AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Domenico Casiraghi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 32nd minute Fabio Burgnich suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Frank Spadoni's late challenge caught a Cerreto Alto's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Frank Spadoni helped the player get up and apologised. After 32 played minutes Buonviaggio AFC got a freekick which was hit by Frank Spadoni. The supporters of Cerreto Alto booed when Buonviaggio AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberigo Di Virgilio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Cerreto Alto's Carmine Di Franco tried to score from far away in the 38th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Attilio Pellegrini blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andrea Bassi having to make a save. After the first half Buonviaggio AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Attilio Pellegrini made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Domenico Casiraghi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Buonviaggio AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Domenico Casiraghi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andrea Bassi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Felice Ceresoli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Gaudino, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Andrea Bassi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Attilio Pellegrini in the 65th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Attilio Pellegrini in the 68th minute of play forced Cerreto Alto's goalkeeper Andrea Bassi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Cerreto Alto's Andrea Bassi got control of the ball when Domenico Casiraghi tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Attilio Pellegrini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andrea Bassi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Attilio Pellegrini in the 80th minute of play. In the 81st match minute, Cerreto Alto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dennis Castagna to maneuver through the defense. Andrea Bassi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arrigo Proia in the 85th minute of play. In the 86th minute, Buonviaggio AFC's Attilio Pellegrini dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. If Attilio Pellegrini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes into the match, Buonviaggio AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Gaudino came free, but Felice Ceresoli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Cerreto Alto supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Buonviaggio AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Buonviaggio AFC.
