When Diolaguardia's Emanuele Riccardi in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vigo Meano's goalie prevented a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Emanuele Riccardi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Florian Fini. That made the score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. Emanuele Riccardi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aldo Di Paolo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anselmo Di Palma, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Florian Fini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuele Riccardi in the 16th minute of the match. Carter Di Girolamo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florian Fini having to interfere. Vigo Meano's Florian Fini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuele Riccardi in the 20th minute of play. Emanuele Riccardi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florian Fini having to interfere. In the 29th minute Alberto Gori shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldo Di Paolo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vigo Meano's Florian Fini proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Vigo Meano from getting a goal against them. In the 39th minute Emanuele Riccardi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florian Fini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Davide Santucci kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. In the 45th minute of the match Diolaguardia got a corner. Vigo Meano's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alexander Vespa ran over to the corner to take the kick. A very nice done corner allowed Anfilogino Caporale to score against Florian Fini in Vigo Meano's goal. 2-0 after 45 minutes. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 51 minutes, Dennis Rocco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Diolaguardia and the Vigo Meano players grew even worse after the yellow card. 56 minutes into the game, Alberto Gori cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Aldo Di Paolo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fedele Rubini hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Emanuele Riccardi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alberto Gori might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aldo Di Paolo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alberto Gori ran back to his position shaking his head. Beppe Feliziani took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aldo Di Paolo. Diolaguardia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Anselmo Di Palma struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Aldo Di Paolo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vigo Meano. Carter Di Girolamo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 81st minute Emanuele Riccardi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florian Fini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Diolaguardia had won after a very even match.
