Alexander Mucci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Pardini in the 4th minute of the match. 6 minutes into the match, Montacuto's Augusto Giusti sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alexander Mucci narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Attilio Orecchioni charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Attilio Orecchioni the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 10 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Casavatore AFC! Alexander Mucci had in the 11thth minute some difficulties stopping Alessio Pozzoli's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Antonello Visintin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 17 played minutes Montacuto got a freekick which was hit by Achille Gori. When Montacuto's Augusto Giusti in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Casavatore AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Frank Pardini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonello Visintin in the 37th minute of play forced Montacuto's goalkeeper Fabio Tocci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Casavatore AFC's goalkeeper Alexander Mucci, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 43 minutes of play, Montacuto's Frank Pardini made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alexander Mucci was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alexander Mucci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Pardini in the 47th minute of play. The Casavatore AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Montacuto were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frank Pardini made a kick off. Antonello Visintin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Montacuto's Fabio Tocci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonello Visintin in the 63rd minute of play. Fabio Tocci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonello Visintin in the 66th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristoforo Corelli during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Casavatore AFC booed when Montacuto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristoforo Corelli didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Antonello Visintin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexander Mucci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Pardini, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The Montacuto players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
