Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fausto Domina got the match started through his kick off. Achille Ferretti didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fausto Domina went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ercole De Cristofaro in the 10th minute of play forced Olmo's goalkeeper Felice Terrasi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Adriano Castrucci managed to get in a good position for a shot. Olmo's supporters rose to their feet, but Adriano Castrucci was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Achille Ferretti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Felice Terrasi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Treglia in the 17th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Mediglia AFC's zone, Fausto Domina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Achille Ferretti came out of the goal and Fausto Domina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fausto Domina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Achille Ferretti having to interfere. A collision led to Mediglia AFC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Enzo Bizzarri hit a great ball. Achille Ferretti made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fausto Domina in the 36th minute. Anselmo Di Silvio scored 2-0 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Achille Ferretti, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Fausto Domina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Olmo's supporters rose to their feet, but Fausto Domina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Achille Ferretti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 43 played minutes Mediglia AFC got a freekick which was hit by Elia Pantani. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ercole De Cristofaro to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Mediglia AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Fausto Domina came free, but Achille Ferretti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dario Treglia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Felice Terrasi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mediglia AFC's goalkeeper Achille Ferretti, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Anselmo Di Silvio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Mediglia AFC's Enzo Bizzarri got a free kick in the 70th minute. Anselmo Di Silvio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Achille Ferretti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 76 minutes, Anselmo Di Silvio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olmo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anselmo Di Silvio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 80th minute, Emanuele Capasso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Mediglia AFC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Emanuele Capasso hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ilias Balouris during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Mediglia AFC booed when Olmo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ilias Balouris didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st minute Ercole De Cristofaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felice Terrasi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 93 minutes Olmo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Enzo Bizzarri who took care of the corner kick. Ciccio Ceresoli made a great header on Mediglia AFC's corner, it was just that Olmo's Felice Terrasi managed to reach the ball for a save. Fausto Domina struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Achille Ferretti didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olmo.
