Muradello's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Diego Conti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amos Oriali, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After 11 played minutes Silvio Pellico 47 got a freekick which was hit by Emiliano Talamo. Claudio Teodori received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fedele Di Clemente came out and tried to block the shot, but Claudio Teodori slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 12th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arturo Gagliano in the 17th minute of play forced Muradello's goalkeeper Diego Conti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Muradello's Diego Conti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amos Oriali in the 18th minute of play. Arturo Gagliano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Conti having to interfere. Diego Conti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amos Oriali, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 48th minute, Adriano Atroce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Amos Oriali made a kick off. Amos Oriali struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Diego Conti didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Silvio Pellico 47. Alfonso Alfieri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Diego Conti made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aldo Lupi during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Silvio Pellico 47 booed when Muradello was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aldo Lupi didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Amos Oriali had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diego Conti stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amos Oriali's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Diego Conti didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Amos Oriali went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Diego Conti made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amos Oriali in the 71st minute. Silvio Pellico 47's Arturo Gagliano got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Amos Oriali received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Diego Conti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. During the 81st minute of the match Aldo Lupi completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Aldo Lupi a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Aldo Lupi kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Silvio Pellico 47's Arturo Gagliano got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Arturo Gagliano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Silvio Pellico 47's supporters rose to their feet, but Arturo Gagliano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diego Conti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amos Oriali in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Diego Conti saved Muradello from getting behind. After 89 minutes, Davide De Donatis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Muradello and the Silvio Pellico 47 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 89 played minutes Muradello got a freekick which was hit by Davide De Donatis. Amos Oriali in the 99thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Diego Conti, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When the match was over Silvio Pellico 47 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Muradello throughout the match.
