The supporters of Monkey D.Luffy booed when Labaro AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuele Gizzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 4th minute, Fabrizio Casiraghi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Monkey D.Luffy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Anthony Falcioni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabrizio Casiraghi, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Fabrizio Casiraghi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Davide Petrella's late challenge caught a Monkey D.Luffy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Davide Petrella helped the player get up and apologised. Davide Petrella hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. 21 minutes into the match, Labaro AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Fabrizio Casiraghi came free, but Anthony Falcioni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute, one of Labaro AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Labaro AFC. The referee gave Monkey D.Luffy a penalty, 24 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Fabrizio Casiraghi, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Labaro AFC's Anthony Falcioni. 0-2. 27 minutes into the game, Fedele Genovesi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Anthony Falcioni was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Monkey D.Luffy getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Anthony Bomba hit a great ball. The long shot by Anselmo Chiappini in the 30th minute really tested Aldo Marulli's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabrizio Casiraghi in the 33rd minute of play forced Labaro AFC's goalkeeper Anthony Falcioni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute Biagio Prisco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldo Marulli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th match minute, Labaro AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beppe Di Toma to maneuver through the defense. 47 minutes into the game, Fedele Genovesi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Anthony Falcioni was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Biagio Prisco to strike the kick off in the second half. Monkey D.Luffy's Fabrizio Casiraghi got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Labaro AFC defense, Fedele Genovesi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anthony Falcioni. The Labaro AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anthony Falcioni should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Labaro AFC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Cristoforo Bucci hit a great ball. A collision led to Labaro AFC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Davide Petrella hit a great ball. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aldo Marulli showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Anthony Falcioni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabrizio Casiraghi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Monkey D.Luffy getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Alberto Iacobucci hit a great ball. A collision led to Labaro AFC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Beppe Di Toma hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Labaro AFC's Anselmo Chiappini got a free kick in the 83rd minute. When Fabrizio Casiraghi came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Monkey D.Luffy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabrizio Casiraghi couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Fabrizio Casiraghi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Monkey D.Luffy's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabrizio Casiraghi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anthony Falcioni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 91st minute of the match Fabrizio Casiraghi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anthony Falcioni showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Fedele Genovesi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Monkey D.Luffy's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
