Stella Nera's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atletico SaraiTu the free kick. After having played for 22 minutes, Fabrizio Oddi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atletico SaraiTu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabrizio Oddi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Beppe Galdi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alessandro Marsilio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beppe Galdi, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Bart Van Eijken's late challenge caught a Atletico SaraiTu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alessandro Marsilio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Attilio Cirulli, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Fabrizio Oddi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alessandro Marsilio having to interfere. Donato Fagnani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabrice De Block, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over Atletico SaraiTu could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Stella Nera throughout the match.
