An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Egidi in the 24th minute of play forced Manjamester United's goalkeeper Ken Wakashimazu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ferruccio Marconi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pavlin Popsavov was a little too slow when Ferruccio Marconi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 1-1. Bianco Croce hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Manjamester United's Ken Wakashimazu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Ivaňo in the 37th minute of play. Ferruccio Marconi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 42ndth minute, Pavlin Popsavov skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Ferruccio Marconi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manjamester United's supporters rose to their feet, but Ferruccio Marconi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pavlin Popsavov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Ferruccio Marconi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Pavlin Popsavov. That made the score 2-1 in the 48 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

With a little luck, Manjamester United's Ken Wakashimazu got control of the ball when Martin Ivaňo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Ferruccio Marconi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pavlin Popsavov was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Pavlin Popsavov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferruccio Marconi in the 94th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Manjamester United had played much better football throughout.
