Alma Juventus Fano's Enrico Piccirilli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferruccio Di Giovanni in the 4th minute of play. After 5 played minutes Alma Juventus Fano got a freekick which was hit by Daniele Biagetti. 6 minutes into the game, Daniele Biagetti was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alma Juventus Fano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TAYLOR the free kick. Flavio Prandinis short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Arturo Pasquarelli to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Flavio Prandini who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Arturo Pasquarelli when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 21 minutes of play Alma Juventus Fano's Daniele Biagetti was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 22nd minute, Daniele Biagetti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 24 minutes into the match, Bianco Muciaccia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Enrico Piccirilli. Alma Juventus Fano's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bianco Muciaccia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Enrico Piccirilli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferruccio Di Giovanni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute Bianco Muciaccia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrico Piccirilli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ferruccio Di Giovanni scored 0-2 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Enrico Piccirilli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 39th match minute, Alma Juventus Fano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domenico Pagliarini to maneuver through the defense. Fausto Ascani's late challenge caught a Alma Juventus Fano's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fausto Ascani helped the player get up and apologised. In the 40th match minute, TAYLOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fausto Ascani to maneuver through the defense. Flavio Prandini's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arturo Pasquarelli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Flavio Prandini was the one to do the kick off. Bianco Muciaccia's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Enrico Piccirilli firmly grabbed it by the left post. After a rather tough play, Alma Juventus Fano's Domenico Olivieri got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Arturo Pasquarelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavio Prandini in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Domenico Pagliarini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andrea Scirea's late challenge caught a Alma Juventus Fano's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andrea Scirea helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Alma Juventus Fano booed when TAYLOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrea Scirea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Enrico Piccirilli made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Bianco Muciaccia sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Flavio Prandini put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Arturo Pasquarelli. Enrico Piccirilli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferruccio Di Giovanni, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferruccio Di Giovanni in the 93rd minute of play forced Alma Juventus Fano's goalkeeper Enrico Piccirilli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. TAYLOR walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
