Olivér Hudák sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ferenc Császár hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute Béla Szigeti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dénes Pál saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. György Szőllőssy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell György Szőllőssy to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Somogysámson SE's Béla Szigeti sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dénes Pál narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 58th minute, Olivér Hudák got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dániel Seres could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Dénes Pál made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dániel Seres during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Somogysámson SE getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Dániel Seres hit a great ball. Dénes Pál made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from György Szőllőssy in the 74th minute of play. If Béla Szigeti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Olivér Hudák put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Ervin Vincze. Somogysámson SE walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
