Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Barnabás Pollák fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferenc Végh having to interfere. 7 minutes into the match, AC Mailand's Endre Marton sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ferenc Végh narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 7 minutes of play, AC Mailand's Barnabás Pollák made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ferenc Végh was left in no man's land by his defense there! AC Mailand's Géza Révész proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save AC Mailand from getting a goal against them. After 16 minutes, Róbert Nyilasi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AC Mailand and the Going Down players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, AC Mailand's Róbert Nyilasi got a free kick in the 16th minute. After 24 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for AC Mailand! In the 31st match minute, AC Mailand was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kristóf Rózsa to maneuver through the defense. Kristóf Rózsa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferenc Végh having to interfere. Géza Révész showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Csaba Havass, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After having played for 44 minutes, Lajos Balogh managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Going Down's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lajos Balogh was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

53 minutes into the game, Going Down's Béla Edelényi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Géza Révész made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Géza Révész made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Attila Páncsics in the 56th minute of play. Vilmos Gyurkovics's late challenge caught a Going Down's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vilmos Gyurkovics helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to AC Mailand getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Vilmos Gyurkovics hit a great ball. AC Mailand's Géza Révész played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Béla Edelényi in the 63rd minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, AC Mailand's goal looked a bit too open when Béla Edelényi came free, but Géza Révész reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Géza Révész made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Attila Páncsics in the 76th minute of play. When Going Down's Béla Edelényi in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AC Mailand's goalie prevented a goal. Vilmos Gyurkovics sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 83 minutes into the match, AC Mailand's goal looked a bit too open when Csaba Havass came free, but Géza Révész reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Róbert Nyilasi hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After 91 minutes of play, Going Down's Attila Páncsics made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Géza Révész was left in no man's land by his defense there! 95 minutes into the game, Attila Páncsics cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Géza Révész was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Going Down's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
