The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the game, Ottó Szél cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Árpád Benke was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 11 minutes into the match, Norbert Szép had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mihály Vas. Fradi 2.0's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Norbert Szép was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The supporters of Bihartorda booed when Fradi 2.0 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Csongor Cziránku didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th minute Miklós Polgár shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mihály Vas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Fradi 2.0's goal looked a bit too open when Miklós Polgár came free, but Mihály Vas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ottó Szél sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The long shot by László Vörös in the 37th minute really tested Mihály Vas's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 40th match minute, Fradi 2.0 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by András Nagy to maneuver through the defense. Mihály Vas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miklós Polgár's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. In the 43rd minute, Bihartorda's Miklós Polgár ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mihály Vas. Mihály Vas yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

András Kónya received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Árpád Benke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 55th minute, Bihartorda's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after András Kónya fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a rather tough play, Fradi 2.0's István Kocsis got a free kick in the 60th minute. When Mihály Vadász fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fradi 2.0's protests and gave Mihály Vadász a yellow card for diving instead. András Kónya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Árpád Benke having to interfere. András Kónya was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 70th minute. Fradi 2.0's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 74th play minute András Kónya came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Árpád Benke. 3-2. After a defensive mix-up in Bihartorda's zone, István Kocsis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Árpád Benke came out of the goal and István Kocsis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mihály Vas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihály Szűcs in the 85th minute of play. 88 minutes into the game, Illés Fülep threw the ball into play from the sideline. Fradi 2.0's Csongor Cziránku quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion.
