Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Csaba Magos started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Norbert Tihanyi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Kálmán Sándor made a huge save. Csaba Magos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lóránd Szusza hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Csaba Magos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Kálmán Sándor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Csaba Magos might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kálmán Sándor. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Csaba Magos ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Csaba Magos in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kálmán Sándor saved Rába ETO from getting behind. Kálmán Sándor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Norbert Tihanyi went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 33rd minute Csaba Magos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kálmán Sándor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, Rába ETO's goal looked a bit too open when Csaba Magos came free, but Kálmán Sándor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Krisztián Jánosi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dávid Grosics having to make a save. In the 46th minute, Tibor Sörös had to leave the field with a concussion. After 47 minutes, Roland Győrffy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tatabánya SK and the Rába ETO players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 48th minute, Roland Győrffy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Károly Bartha to make the kick off. Norbert Tihanyi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Kálmán Sándor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Tatabánya SK fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Tatabánya SK's Csaba Magos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Norbert Tihanyi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Róbert Szűcs hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Norbert Tihanyi struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Kálmán Sándor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tatabánya SK. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norbert Tihanyi in the 79th minute of play forced Rába ETO's goalkeeper Kálmán Sándor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80thth minute of the game Norbert Tihanyi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rába ETO's Kálmán Sándor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 81stth minute of the game Csaba Magos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rába ETO's Kálmán Sándor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lóránd Szusza kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Kálmán Sándor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Norbert Tihanyi's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. In the 88th minute, Csaba Magos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 90 played minutes Tatabánya SK got a freekick which was hit by Csaba Magos. Csaba Magos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 94 minutes, Csaba Magos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tatabánya SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Csaba Magos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Norbert Tihanyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that Tatabánya SK were the better team. Tatabánya SK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
