Mátyás Keresztes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gáspár Bollobás's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. When the match clock showed 4 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Gáspár Bollobás sped through U Cluj-Napoca's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mátyás Keresztes. Dalmand LC's Ferdinánd Veres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by László Gulyás in the 7th minute of play. When Dalmand LC's Gáspár Bollobás in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye U Cluj-Napoca's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in U Cluj-Napoca's zone, Gáspár Bollobás stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mátyás Keresztes came out of the goal and Gáspár Bollobás tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 14 minutes in the game, Richárd Madarász fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Mátyás Keresztes having to interfere. Béla Szűcs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mátyás Keresztes having to interfere. Béla Szűcs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Mátyás Keresztes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 21 played minutes Dalmand LC got a freekick which was hit by Richárd Madarász. In the 24th minute, Richárd Madarász hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Gáspár Bollobás sped through U Cluj-Napoca's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mátyás Keresztes. U Cluj-Napoca's defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when Gáspár Bollobás scored to the left of an out of position Mátyás Keresztes, making the score, 3-0. In the 39th minute Gáspár Bollobás shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mátyás Keresztes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, Gáspár Bollobás got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Károly Tandori fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dalmand LC's protests and gave Károly Tandori a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of U Cluj-Napoca booed when Dalmand LC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Károly Tandori didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44thth minute of the game Brúnó Csányi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dalmand LC's Ferdinánd Veres was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Brúnó Csányi made a kick off. If Gáspár Bollobás had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Béla Szűcs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 59 minutes into the game, Gáspár Bollobás cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Mátyás Keresztes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Béla Szűcs struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Mátyás Keresztes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dalmand LC. 63 minutes into the game, Zakariás Gyarmathy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. U Cluj-Napoca's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dalmand LC the free kick. A collision led to U Cluj-Napoca getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Zakariás Gyarmathy hit a great ball. When Gáspár Bollobás came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Dalmand LC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gáspár Bollobás couldn't finish the play. In the 71stth minute of the game Gáspár Bollobás who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but U Cluj-Napoca's Mátyás Keresztes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. László Gulyás sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Dalmand LC fully deserved thier win.
