An unexpectedly hard shot by Rato Runje in the 4th minute of play forced BH FANATICOS's goalkeeper Dražen Janjić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edo Jureta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Dražen Janjić made a huge save. After 16 minutes, Nikša Pinjatela mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bektež Ribar and the BH FANATICOS players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 16th match minute, Bektež Ribar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nikša Pinjatela to maneuver through the defense. 22 minutes into the match, BH FANATICOS's goal looked a bit too open when Rato Runje came free, but Dražen Janjić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute, Darko Cukrov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th minute of the match Davor Kviz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ljubo Nobilo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 27 minutes into the game, Marinko Kralj cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Ljubo Nobilo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milan Kostanjevečki in the 37th minute of play forced Bektež Ribar's goalkeeper Ljubo Nobilo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bektež Ribar's Ljubo Nobilo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marinko Kralj in the 38th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marinko Kralj stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, BH FANATICOS's Jerko Marević got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 61st match minute, Bektež Ribar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edo Jureta to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th minute Rato Runje shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dražen Janjić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th minute, Edo Jureta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. BH FANATICOS's Dražen Janjić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rato Runje in the 66th minute of play. Dražen Janjić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rato Runje in the 69th minute of play. Ljubo Nobilo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marinko Kralj in the 73rd minute of the match. Edo Jureta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, BH FANATICOS's Davor Kviz got a free kick in the 80th minute. After 82 played minutes BH FANATICOS got a freekick which was hit by Marko Todorić. After recieving a nice pass, Bektež Ribar's Nenad Jurajec tried to score from far away in the 83rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 86th minute of the match Nenad Jurajec shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dražen Janjić showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Rato Runje recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dražen Janjić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edo Jureta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bektež Ribar's Nikša Pinjatela got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
