Severin Marinković fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastijan Stolnik having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Grubišno Polje Neretva's Severin Marinković got a free kick in the 45th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Adrijan Barković made the kick off in the second half. Branjin Vrh's Sebastijan Stolnik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severin Marinković in the 54th minute of play. Ištvan Ćuti kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Davor Nakić succeeded in the game's 61st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. If Severin Marinković had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Grubišno Polje Neretva's Davor Vedrina proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Grubišno Polje Neretva from getting a goal against them. Sebastijan Stolnik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mladen Škorput in the 75th minute of play. The supporters of Branjin Vrh booed when Grubišno Polje Neretva was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grgur Orešar didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Grubišno Polje Neretva's zone, Davor Nakić stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Davor Vedrina came out of the goal and Davor Nakić tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sebastijan Stolnik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mladen Škorput, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Mladen Škorput fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastijan Stolnik having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Adrijan Barković kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Davor Vedrina. That made the score 0-3 in the 92 minute of play. The Branjin Vrh players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
