Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Benjamin Maračić made the kick off and thus started the match. Emilijan Jambrišak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miroslav Brečak having to interfere. Zvonko Grmačka kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 6thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Fužine Sokol's keeper Miroslav Brečak was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Emilijan Jambrišak had several of the Fužine Sokol's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 9 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Miroslav Brečak as he didn't even see the shot coming. Mihovil Jakiša took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin Maračić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Grga Patrun kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vladislav Stopnišek in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Miroslav Brečak saved Fužine Sokol from getting behind. 48 minutes into the match, Benjamin Maračić had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mihovil Jakiša. Gradina United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benjamin Maračić was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emilijan Jambrišak was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute Benjamin Maračić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mihovil Jakiša saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 56 minutes of play, Fužine Sokol's Sergej Supičić made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mihovil Jakiša was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gradina United's Zvonko Grmačka got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Fužine Sokol's zone, Zvonko Grmačka stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miroslav Brečak came out of the goal and Zvonko Grmačka tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mihovil Jakiša made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sergej Supičić in the 64th minute. In the 66th minute, Sergej Supičić ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mihovil Jakiša was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Benjamin Maračić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Mihovil Jakiša tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Benjamin Maračić's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mihovil Jakiša was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. In the 76th minute Benjamin Maračić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mihovil Jakiša saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilijan Jambrišak in the 80th minute of play forced Fužine Sokol's goalkeeper Miroslav Brečak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miroslav Brečak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zvonko Grmačka in the 81st minute of play. In the 84thth minute of the game Zvonko Grmačka who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fužine Sokol's Miroslav Brečak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mihovil Jakiša made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin Maračić in the 86th minute of play. Mihovil Jakiša didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 88th minute, which inside left pole to 1-4. In the 95th match minute, Fužine Sokol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladimir Banovac to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Fužine Sokol had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
