Pero Bandić stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Patrik Cvitanović's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. In the 7th match minute, Buje Uskok was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Neno Zlatarević to maneuver through the defense. In the 12thth minute of the game Patrik Cvitanović who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Buje Uskok's Pero Bandić was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Slaven Peroš sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Patrik Cvitanović had several of the Buje Uskok's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 31 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Pero Bandić as he didn't even see the shot coming. The FC Podhum fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when FC Podhum's Tomo Filković looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Perica Džoni hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Buje Uskok's Pero Bandić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bojan Božić in the 42nd minute of play. In the 45th minute, Slaven Peroš hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Buje Uskok's zone, Ninoslav Iveković stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pero Bandić came out of the goal and Ninoslav Iveković tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Slaven Peroš was the one to do the kick off. Adolfo Tiniebra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Slaven Peroš in the 53rd minute of play. Pero Bandić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrik Cvitanović in the 54th minute of the match. Pero Bandić stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomo Filković's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. When FC Podhum's Tomo Filković in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Neno Zlatarević's late challenge caught a FC Podhum's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Neno Zlatarević helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of FC Podhum booed when Buje Uskok was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Neno Zlatarević didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd minute, Patrik Cvitanović made a precise shot to the right of Pero Bandić. Buje Uskok's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Belimir Mijić kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, Buje Uskok's goal looked a bit too open when Tomo Filković came free, but Pero Bandić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patrik Cvitanović struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Pero Bandić didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Podhum. In the 85th match minute, FC Podhum was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabijan Fertalj to maneuver through the defense. Ninoslav Iveković sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 92 minutes into the match, FC Podhum's goalkeeper Adolfo Tiniebra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Perica Džoni. After 95 minutes of play, FC Podhum's Patrik Cvitanović made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pero Bandić was left in no man's land by his defense there! FC Podhum's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
