Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sidney Ibanez took the kick off in the first half of the match. Charly Bianco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sidney Ibanez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Charly Bianco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sidney Ibanez in the 5th minute of the match. Faouzi Linossier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aurelien Le Forestier in the 8th minute. After having played for 12 minutes, Aurelien Le Forestier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moutiers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aurelien Le Forestier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sidney Ibanez might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Charly Bianco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sidney Ibanez ran back to his position shaking his head. Faouzi Linossier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Calvin Lecardonnel, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Xeuilley's zone, Aurelien Le Forestier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Faouzi Linossier came out of the goal and Aurelien Le Forestier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Calvin Lecardonnel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Faouzi Linossier. That made the score 1-0 in the 28 minute of play. Faouzi Linossier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aurelien Le Forestier in the 34th minute. Pierre-Olivier Pigot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Faouzi Linossier stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Calvin Lecardonnel's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. Calvin Lecardonnel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Calvin Lecardonnel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Aurelien Le Forestier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A hard shot 58 in the game by Pierre-Olivier Pigot from a close distance when the talented Charly Bianco managed to make a qualified save. Moutiers's players were relieved. Nathan Blouet kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Sidney Ibanez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 64 minutes into the game, Mehdi Marcoux was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Xeuilley's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Moutiers the free kick. The supporters of Moutiers booed when Xeuilley was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehdi Marcoux didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelien Le Forestier in the 65th minute of play forced Xeuilley's goalkeeper Faouzi Linossier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Xeuilley's Sidney Ibanez in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Moutiers's goalie prevented a goal. If Sidney Ibanez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Moutiers's Charly Bianco got control of the ball when Pierre-Olivier Pigot tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 85th minute, Calvin Lecardonnel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Moutiers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Aurelien Le Forestier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faouzi Linossier having to interfere. With a little luck, Moutiers's Charly Bianco got control of the ball when Pierre-Olivier Pigot tried to sneak it across the goal line. Moutiers were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Xeuilley for a fine match.
