Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Josselin Chevance started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 3 minutes, Noureddine Gautron mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arlac and the Thumesnil players grew even worse after the yellow card. Noureddine Gautron hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Josselin Chevance managed to get in a good position for a shot. Thumesnil's supporters rose to their feet, but Josselin Chevance was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jean-Paul Fève breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Arlac's Theo Jamin got a free kick in the 6th minute. In the 6th minute, Xavier Chomette sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Arlac's Jean-Paul Fève didn't even have to move. After having played for 9 minutes, Josselin Chevance managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Thumesnil's supporters crossed their fingers, but Josselin Chevance was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jean-Paul Fève made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Farid Nicollet in the 12th minute of play. Thumesnil were furious when Eddy Lamant was red carded, 14 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. An unexpectedly hard shot by Noureddine Gautron in the 22nd minute of play forced Thumesnil's goalkeeper Mourad Péchard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd match minute, Thumesnil was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pierre-Emmanuel Laforge to maneuver through the defense. Farid Nicollet struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Jean-Paul Fève didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Thumesnil. After a defensive mix-up in Arlac's zone, Pierre-Emmanuel Laforge stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jean-Paul Fève came out of the goal and Pierre-Emmanuel Laforge tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Thumesnil defense, Noureddine Gautron kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mourad Péchard. The Thumesnil fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mourad Péchard should have stopped the shot. After having played for 41 minutes, Farid Nicollet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Thumesnil's supporters crossed their fingers, but Farid Nicollet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Farid Nicollet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Jean-Paul Fève tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Noureddine Gautron's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mourad Péchard read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Thumesnil's Pierre-Emmanuel Laforge got a free kick in the 47th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Noureddine Gautron to strike the kick off in the second half. After 55 minutes Thumesnil's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dominique Marmier who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Dominique Marmier got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Mourad Péchard quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Jean-Paul Fève made an important save on a dangerous shot by Farid Nicollet in the 57th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Thumesnil's Laurent Lacave sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jean-Paul Fève narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Steevy Guilloux's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mourad Péchard read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Steevy Guilloux in the 61st minute of play forced Thumesnil's goalkeeper Mourad Péchard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th match minute, Arlac was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nathan Dehu to maneuver through the defense. Thumesnil's Xavier Chomette shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 64th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Jean-Paul Fève but with some difficulty. Laurent Lacave fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jean-Paul Fève having to interfere. Farid Nicollet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Theo Jamin came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Arlac fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Theo Jamin couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Noureddine Gautron in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mourad Péchard prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 75 minutes, Laurent Lacave mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Thumesnil and the Arlac players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 75 played minutes Thumesnil got a freekick which was hit by Laurent Lacave. Mourad Péchard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Steevy Guilloux in the 80th minute of play. Mourad Péchard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Noureddine Gautron in the 88th minute of the match. Noureddine Gautron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Arlac booed when Thumesnil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pierre-Emmanuel Laforge didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Arlac's Steevy Guilloux in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Thumesnil's goalie prevented a goal. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Arlac were victorious despite being under pressure from Thumesnil for much of the match.
