Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Epron's Martin Wolff started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Matheo Leymarie charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Matheo Leymarie the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Celony getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Matheo Leymarie hit a great ball. Epron's Dominique Sergeant couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 10th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Celony. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Celony's goalkeeper Ludovic Patrac, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Celony's Erwan Gleize got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Salim Damien fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Epron's protests and gave Salim Damien a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Epron getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Salim Damien hit a great ball. Armand Platel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erwan Gleize, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celony's Erwan Gleize got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Armand Platel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erwan Gleize in the 25th minute of play. Erwan Gleize fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armand Platel having to interfere. In the 33rd minute, Erwan Gleize made a precise shot to the right of Armand Platel. Epron's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Salim Damien blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ludovic Patrac having to make a save. 40 minutes into the match, Celony's goalkeeper Ludovic Patrac had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Salim Damien. Salim Damien in the 43rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ludovic Patrac, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Martin Wolff recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 57th match minute, Epron was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dominique Sergeant to maneuver through the defense. Benjamin Charles's late challenge caught a Celony's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benjamin Charles helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Epron's Benjamin Charles got a free kick in the 60th minute. When Erwan Gleize came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Celony fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erwan Gleize couldn't finish the play. If Martin Wolff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Malcom Demagny kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Armand Platel. That made the score 0-2 in the 66 minute of play. After 72 played minutes Epron got a freekick which was hit by Régis Pille. Erwan Gleize who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Armand Platel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Salim Damien sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87thth minute of the game Martin Wolff who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Celony's Ludovic Patrac was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Martin Wolff struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Ludovic Patrac didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Epron. 92 minutes into the match, Martin Wolff had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ludovic Patrac. Celony's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Martin Wolff was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salim Damien in the 96th minute of play forced Celony's goalkeeper Ludovic Patrac to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
