Jean-Cyrille Lechat was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Billy Malterre in the 23rd minute of play forced Jaquera FC's goalkeeper Jean-Cyrille Lechat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Igor Lebouteiller during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Sébastien Gabin in the 28th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Fernand Pousset kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-2 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. The supporters of Jaquera FC booed when Riche was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerard Leydet didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute, Grégoire Norbert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd minute of the match Marius Fofana shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jean-Cyrille Lechat showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mike Chaminade stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Riche getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Robin Magnin hit a great ball. When Sébastien Gabin came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Jaquera FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sébastien Gabin couldn't finish the play. Jean-Cyrille Lechat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robin Magnin in the 55th minute. The supporters of Riche booed when Jaquera FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Lebouteiller didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jean-Cyrille Lechat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronan Velasco in the 64th minute of play. 67 minutes into the game, Mike Chaminade cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Fernand Pousset was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Billy Malterre hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. 73 minutes into the match, Riche's goal looked a bit too open when Sébastien Gabin came free, but Fernand Pousset reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fernand Pousset showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mike Chaminade in the 74th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 3-2 when Mike Chaminade sped through Riche's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fernand Pousset. Gerard Leydet's late challenge caught a Jaquera FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gerard Leydet helped the player get up and apologised. Jean-Cyrille Lechat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronan Velasco in the 91st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Igor Lebouteiller's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fernand Pousset was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. 94 minutes into the match, Ronan Velasco dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jean-Cyrille Lechat, 3-3. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
